Q: Are you a quilt shop?
A: No. Bren of Acorn Quilt & Gift Company is a designer & we make our patterns available on our website. We do however, invite you to check your local quilt shop first for our designs, & feel free to ask them to carry the designs you would like. You - the quilter & quilt shops are the reason why we are here!
Q: I am a quilt shop owner. Can I purchase your patterns/books wholesale from your site?
A: Yes! We are so pleased to offer you this option. Just click on 'wholesale' at the bottom of this page & you will be re-directed to a wholesale page where you can begin the process to set up an online wholesale account. Once the info is received, we will contact you & once your wholesale status is confirmed, you will then be able to access the wholesale side of the site & can order online!
Q: When you have kits - are they available at wholesale?
A: Not at this time. The time factored into the making of a kit - prohibit us from selling them at wholesale prices.
Q: How do you ship your orders?
A: For most pattern/book orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. (There may be some instances where we may ship via UPS.) For all international orders, we ship via USPS International Priority Flat Rate only.
** Please note that if you have multiple items, & if we can ship your items in a smaller package - then we will refund you the difference - through Paypal - just as soon as we ship.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Just be sure to choose the 'International' shipping option for your country on the cart page, & it will figure the shipping at the international rate. For all international orders, we ship via USPS International Priority Flat Rate only.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located a town called Oro Valley - in the beautiful foothills of the Catalina Mountains north of Tucson, Arizona - in the sunny southwest!!
